Brian Luhmann, PsyD, #LMFT107647
Dr. Brian Luhmann (CA#LMFT107647) is a California-licensed Marriage and Family therapist. He is an alumnus of Radford University (Virginia), where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minoring in Economics. He earned his Master of Arts and Doctorate of Psychology in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Brian serves on the faculty of Hope International University as an Associate Professor in the Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy program.
His clinical experience includes working in the public school system, in substance abuse detox and residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient clinics, field-based crisis stabilization, outpatient psychiatric clinic, and a trauma center.
Dr. Brian is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant.
Dr. Brian is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.

Clarissa Nillo, MA

Clarissa Nillo is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at The New Normal Mental Health Services. Clarissa previously attended the University of California, Irvine and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Medical Anthropology. Shortly after her graduation, Clarissa began her own journey through mental health, where she developed a deep appreciation for mental health therapy and treatment. Since then, Clarissa earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Global and has begun her associateship towards licensure. Clarissa has gained her clinical experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with their mental health and substance use issues in the intensive outpatient treatment setting.

Hanna Singleton, MS

Hanna Singleton is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #162369) who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Hanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Vanguard University. She also holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. Alongside her work as a therapist, Hanna currently works as a high school counselor, where she supports adolescents and families as they navigate academic, personal, relational, and life challenges.
Working with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds has strengthened Hanna’s belief that every person has unique strengths, potential, and a story worth understanding. Hanna feels honored to walk alongside each client through their unique journey and hopes therapy becomes a place where they can discover their strengths, gain new perspective, and feel more confident about the road ahead.

Crystal Ishihara, PhD
Dr. Crystal Ishihara serves New Normal as a business and leadership consultant with an expertise in regulations in higher education, change management, team building, and leadership coaching. Dr. Crystal earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Advertising from Hawaii Pacific University, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Crystal also earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University.
Dr. Crystal has supported clients with projects focused on efficiency improvements of policies and procedures in a higher education setting, and facilitated retreats focused on communication, conflict management, and leadership development within both in personal and virtual teams. Dr. Crystal has also delivered professional presentations focused on conflict management.
Dr. Crystal is also the author of Shitty Bosses and Asshole Employees (Don’t Read This Book) which is available for purchase through Amazon (e-reader, physical copy, and Audible).
